Bio
Hi, I am Anna Gledhill, a contemporary abstract artist based in Southern California. The beauty of nature is my inspiration. I started drawing when I was 4 years old and became a full time artist during the epidemic. 7-years-biology & botany study and 6-years-math-teaching experience brings science, physics and biology to my art.
I don’t paint what I have seen, I paint what I feel from this world. I love to explore different mediums and find the best color combinations that speak for me. I let color flow and form on its own. Feel the freedom of intuition, then I add circles, swirls, dots and lines to express myself and my deepest feeling. I combine philosophy and science in my painting to build a connection between us and the universe.
There is so much darkness and sorrow in this world, I hope my art is a source of good vibes for people, bring the peace and love to all.
